Acupuncture | Summary
Acupuncture, a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, focuses on the basic principle that the body has the ability to heal itself. By using fine needles inserted in specific points, a reaction is created within the body to start the healing process. Our body’s way of reducing the pain is through our ability to release endorphins (the body’s natural form of painkillers).
